Good Ol' Chicago

Back on the road, even if only for a day and a half. I realized that I didn't miss the inside of an airplane. In fact, I didn't miss the inside of a cab either. I did miss my people in Chicago though, so I'm glad to be in town, even for a brief moment.

After living in the Twin Cities most of my life, I take for granted the idea of a big city, so I always enjoy coming to a real big city. It's not like Minneapolis is a farm town or anything, but it is nothing compared to this metropolis. So much to see and do and the urban area goes on forever (not just twelve blocks).

Time for meetings. Attorneys just love meetings, especially when they are non-billable. For those who know no attorneys...that was a terrible joke. They hate non-billable meetings. That's why I have to charm them with attitude. And spend as few minutes as possible.
