neglect

i've been neglecting this little blog-like garden for too long. honestly, part of it is that i've been worried about blogging at work, but i've decided that since i don't blog about work (as much as i reference it as it is part of my life), screw it. i'm just going to try my best to post here and there and not worry about it.

so today, i hope to turn over a new leaf. luckily, clearing the weeds from this garden isn't nearly as difficult as a real one. but i lucked out and my mom helped me with that this weekend. hottie and i had to go away suddenly to be with his family and when we came home, my mom had weeded my garden and my brother had mowed our long neglected lawn and it was like they gave us a fresh start. so that's that. a new day!
